Terms and Conditions : 

  • The IndusInd Bank Personalized Chef Service is open to all individuals holding an IndusInd Bank Indulge Credit Card located in Mumbai and Delhi ("Customer" or "Cardholder").
  • The customer can select a chef from the list of chefs published on the Indulge Credit Card website ("the list") and communicate this to the Indulge Credit Card Concierge. If the cardholder requests a chef/restaurant not from the list, the arrangement will be done on a best-effort basis. 
  • The offer includes a multiple course sit-down meal for up to 15 people. Other meal formats may be entertained solely atthe discretion of the Chef.
  • The Chef/Restaurant will showcase their Signature dishes/cuisines. Other dishes/cuisines requested will only be entertained solely at the discretion of the Chef.
  • Each event shall be subject to a minimum spend as specified by each chef/restaurant and will be communicated to the Customer/Cardholder before taking the final confirmation.
  • In case the event is to be held in Mumbai and the selected chef/restaurant is based in Mumbai, the cardholder must contact the concierge a minimum of 14 days prior to the intended date of the event. It will not be possible to entertain any requests made less than 14 days in advance. In case a chef/restaurant based outside Mumbai is selected, the minimum time period for initial contact by the cardholder is 21 days.
  • In case the event is to be held outside Mumbai, the cardholder must contact the concierge a minimum of 21 days prior to the intended date of the event. It will not be possible to entertain any requests made less than 21 days in advance.
  • The event will be executed subject to the availability of the selected chef/restaurant. The concierge will intimate possible dates to the cardholder. The booking will be made on the consent of the date by the cardholder.
  • After the enquiry has been made, a representative of the chef/restaurant will provide one consultation visit to the cardholder at the intended event location to discuss the execution of the event. This visit will include assessment of the facilities, equipment requirements and options for personalization. The date of the visit will be coordinated and communicated by Cellar Door Hospitality Private Limited.
  • The final menu of the event, along with any optional customizations, will be decided and finalized by the cardholder. Upon finalization of the booking, an advance of 80% of the event cost will be payable. The advance must be secured within 10 days before the event or 3 days after finalization of the booking, whichever is earlier.
  • The cost of the event includes a price per person, appearance fee, costs at actuals for transportation and accommodation that may arise for the chef/restaurant team, representatives, equipment logistics, ingredients and other materials.
  • The cost of the event is inclusive of kitchen and waiting staff, ingredients and tableware provided by the chef/restaurant. Subject to the consent of the chef, alternative tableware specified by the customer may be used.
  • Special ingredients sourced by the customer may be used only with the approval of the chef. These must be communicated during the consultation visit.
  • Cardholders are to make all enquiries and bookings through IndusInd Bank concierge. Direct communication with the chefs/restaurants or Cellar Door Hospitality Private Limited will not be considered or entertained if initiated directly by the cardholders.
  • IndusInd Bank reserves the right to change / replace the list of restaurants/chefs providing the services without any prior notice.
  • In the unlikely case of cancellation of an existing booking by the service provider,the customer will be notified via email or phone call and the full amount of the advance will be refunded to the cardholder within 10 working days. The cardholder is not entitled to any further claims or compensation. 
  • Cancellation policy:
    • If the cardholder cancels the event 5 days or more prior to the event date, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded within 14 working days.
    • For any cancellations that are made by the cardholder within 5 days prior to the event, the cardholder will forfeit the entire amount of the advance.
    • Any cancellations by the cardholder within 24 hours of the event might result in further liability for the customer for costs incurred.
    • Event Rates quoted may not be inclusive of Government taxes and other direct /indirect applicable taxes, service chargesare subject to change without notice.
    • To the fullest extent permissible by law, each participating Cardholder releases IndusInd Bank, Cellar Door Hospitality Private Limited and the participating chef/restaurant from any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense (including any claim for legal expenses) sustained or incurred by him/her in connection with their use of the service.
    • IndusInd Bank, Cellar Door Hospitality Private Limited and the participating chef/restaurant do not underwrite or warrant the services performed by the chefs/restaurants and shall not have any liability for any deficiency, delay or imperfection in such services or for any loss or damage that may be suffered, or for any personal injury to a customer directly or indirectly by use or non-use of the services provided by the chef/restaurant.
